the location is nice but the area felt a bit unsafe at night, which definitely put a damper on my stay. Also, the shower drain was backed up, making it nearly unbearable to use. I was hoping for a room upgrade as compensation, but of course that didn't happen. I just couldn’t explain this disappointment in my review.

Good value in Milan!

Had a solid stay for 3 nights! The room was comfy with air con, and the lift was a lifesaver for my heavy suitcase. Breakfast had fresh croissants and the cappuccino was on point! Just a heads up, there was some mold in the room’s ceiling, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lift. The staff were incredibly helpful to my elderly parents during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

We loved the cozy feel of the hotel, especially the lovely backyard cafe where we enjoyed our coffee with the kids. The beds were super comfy, making our stay relaxing after a day exploring Milan, including our visit to the Duomo!
